Thank you for shopping at Bombenefit. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below carefully.

🚫 Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for most products, including all beauty and personal care items, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Important for Print-on-Demand Items:
As our print-on-demand products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printify, we follow Printify’s official return and refund policy.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, including incorrect size, color, or preference. However, if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

🔄 Exchanges (Exceptions Apply)

We only offer exchanges for select items that require a color match, and only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • A 15% restocking fee and new shipping charges will apply.

To request an exchange, please email us at letstalk@bombenefit.com with your order number and details.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items (Printify-Backed Replacements)

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing error, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 15 days of delivery at letstalk@bombenefit.com, including:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Order number and description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, as per Printify’s quality assurance policy.

  • All personal care and beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Print-on-demand items (except if defective or damaged)

  • Items not purchased from bombenefit.com

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

💳 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a return is approved, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t receive it, contact your payment provider or email us.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please return items to:
