Shipping & Delivery Time

Order Processing:

  • Same-day order processing is not guaranteed, but chances increase if your order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon).

  • Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your order (excluding weekends).

  • During holidays and sales, processing may take longer — thank you for your patience.

  • For major sales, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

  • You will receive an email once your order is on its way.

Important Notes:

Bombenefit is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Customs fees or import duties (for international orders).

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the customer.

If you live in an area at risk for package theft, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.


ShipInsure Insurance – Claim Policy:

If your package was marked as “Delivered” but is missing, and you purchased ShipInsure, please file a claim here: ShipInsure Claim Form

  • Claims for delivered packages must be filed between 5 to 15 days after the delivery date.

  • Claims for lost packages (not marked delivered) must be filed between:

    • 7 to 30 days (Domestic orders)

    • 20 to 30 days (International orders)

  • All claims must be filed within 60 days from the order date.


Returned Packages:

If a package is returned to Bombenefit due to:

  • An incorrect or undeliverable address

  • Refused delivery

➡️ The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date if there are any issues with your order.


International Orders:

  • Delivery times: 15–25 business days

  • Customs duties and taxes are not covered by Bombenefit.

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
